First identify the Skills you have and whether you deserve to be a hotelier, Love the Industry and gain some Idea/knowledge about Hospitality industry. Try Searching about the Industry and its services and are you willing to co-operate with the Process and Responsibilities that will have to carry out.

As a Hotelier :

• you have to act fast
• Maintain high grooming standard
• Be Energetic
• maintain Quality Accent
• pleasant smile carry out in entire duty time

Once you Complete your Research base on Hospitality industry (Hotel & Resorts), Apply for a lower level Position through job portals, Normally you do need higher qualifications to join for the Lower level position, Entry levels such as

• Waiter staff/Kitchen helper: which belongs to food & Beverage Department,
• Room Service/Cleaning Attendant: in house keeping department,
• Front Desk clerk/Doorman: Front Office Department

• As you see joining as a Waiter or Bar waiter never a bad decision, start you every day looking 5 second of this graph if you wish to join as a waiter.

• Never under estimate the power of lower level staff in a Hotel.

Then i would recommend you the front office department for a Positive career ahead.

In all three above graphs to join as a lower level staff you do not require high qualifications, all you need is patience, person eager to learn new things and Co-operation. this is why i recommend these positions for new comers to the industry, Through these entry level you will lean the basics of hotel industry.
